The Emergency Management Academy of New Zealand (EMANZ) is the largest provider of emergency management training in New Zealand, with over 120 courses per annum to 1,500+ students.
EMANZ is registered as a private training establishment by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority under the Education Act 1989 and its subsequent amendments.
EMANZ delivers a wide spectrum of courses including: emergency management, incident command, technical rescue and humanitarian aid training and has partnerships with Massey University, International Pacific College and Tai Poutini Polytechnic.
International projects have been completed in United States of America, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, Republic of Marshall Islands, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Our consultants and instructors are world class, with all having been career emergency managers at different levels from local authority to central government agencies.
