Pinecone Timber Buildings offer a range of colours on corrogated roofs and aluminium door/window joinery. All buildings over 10sqm will require a building permit from your local council authority and a building plan and associated documents will be supplied. Foundations are optional as the design will be specific to your site. You will require a site plan for drainage and services associated with project to submit with building permit documents supplied.

The prospective purchaser will apply to their local council for a building permit/code of compliance for a Pinecone kitset package installed by themselves or their agent. Delivery costs will be priced on enquiry to your land and site and will depend on your access. Using the Pinecone kitset module system and designing and complying to the 2004 NZ Building Code 3604, we are 100% confident our Timber Kitset Buildings will comply with the wind and earthquake regulations any where in NZ.
